Act 14 – Now Official!

We are pleased to inform you that the "KRAIMORIE HOMES" complex of 7 single-family houses officially received Act 14 in June 2025!

Construction is progressing according to schedule, and the project is expected to be completed by May 2026.

Located just 200 meters from the sea in the Kraimorie district of Burgas, the homes offer panoramic views of Burgas Bay and St. Anastasia Island.
